Spring Has Sprung at The DAN300 Group

We have just returned from a busy trade fair in Melbourne. The weather is glorious and the gift giving season is upon us.

We have launched two new ranges, and have had a HUGE response to our new stationery & accessories range – Nana’s Garage.

It seems we are back in the gift card business, which is how DAN300 started 13 years ago.

There is nothing better than interviewing a good friend who also happens to be a super star stylist and style director for my favourite magazine Real Living.

Mr Jason Grant lives, breaths and is pure style. Every inch of his amazing home has been intricately styled and every corner thought of. ♥

I look at these images and feel the immediate love he has for his own space and all of the beautiful things that live with him each day. After I looked at the article and slowly placed my dropped jaw back into place, I emailed Jason to say how stunned I was and that basically I would like to move in. Jason – Im still waiting for my answer…♥

Plates – as DECOR

My most recent obsession is decorating with vintage and modern plates. Ive been spending many a weekend searching the world for plates.

Its not easy when you have a very specific look in mind, and want all vintage unique and one off numbers. But when I really looked I found that my ‘brilliant and unique’ idea was really an idea that many other like minded designers had. So in my burst of creative energy collecting and researching I managed to rustle up my own mood board for the project at hand. Im officially obsessed and soon to have my collection hanging in the new and revamped living room.

I will be sure to post an image once complete to my satisfaction….♥

Edmond – A moment in Paris….

This stunning new French online store offers an amazing selection of vintage inspired chairs, furniture and accessories for the home and children (school desk, Eames chairs, retro lamps, retro toys…). All are limited edition and reflect the earthy european feel that I love so much. ♥ The site itself is a visual delight. The photography is amazing and from what I can see the art direction is too.

As the site is currently only in french it was a little difficult to understand the background of the brand.

But as pictures often mean a thousand words, I would say that in this case the pictures tell an accurate story. Simply stunning, artistic and structured design with a contemporary feel mixed with a slightly vintage air.. love it.
